If your license is active at the Alabama Real Estate Commission, under a qualifying broker that holds membership at Baldwin REALTORS®, you have up to 15 days to join here from your license active date.

What is a Primary Agent for Baldwin REALTORS®?

If you are a new agent joining Baldwin REALTORS® or you are changing associations and Baldwin REALTORS® is your ONLY association choose Primary Agent.

Secondary Agent

What is a Secondary Agent for Baldwin REALTORS®?

If you are currently an agent at another association and would like to join here too and also get the same great benefits as a primary member here you would pick secondary. 

*Secondary membership requires a letter of good standing from your primary board

(Some benefits include : BR Forms, discounted classes and events)

  MLS Only Agent

What is an MLS only agent for Baldwin REALTORS®? 

MLS Only gives you access to the BR MLS and NO other membership benefits.   

Please note,  with this option you will not be able to use the BR forms.

ADMIN/ OFFICE STAFF

*Make sure to return all 3 pages, even if insurance is not requested.

Administrative access is no charge as long as the admin DOES NOT hold an active real estate license.  

If the admin has an active license they can join as a licensed admin and pay MLS fees only.  

If it is found that an admin holds an active license, even at a referral company,  and has admin membership they will be charged for MLS fees and the broker will be fined. 

Please see NAR rules and/or guidance about what an unlicensed assistant can and cannot do when helping out with a real estate transaction.
