Baldwin County's November 2019 Housing Report

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Baldwin County properties sold are continuing to increase, and homes are sitting on the market for less and less days. The total for residential active inventory in November 2019 was 2,964 properties, according to Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

A total of 592 properties were sold last month, which is an increase of 10.8% from November 2018 (534). Additionally, properties moved quickly, 76 days on the market, compared to 90 days in November 2018.

November’s total sales volume increased 20.5% this year, totaling $188,559,114, compared to $156,378,311 in November 2018. The average sales prices of residential properties in Baldwin County increased 8.8% to $318,512 from 2018. The average sales price was $292,843, in 2018.

Residential Properties sold in November 2019: 172

Average Sales Price: $313,408

Average Days on Market: 75
