Tiffany Halm on Fairhope Realty Group Earns Graduate Real Estate Institute Designation

(Robertsdale, AL. – February 13, 2017): The Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) as well as the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) is pleased to announce that one of its members, Tiffany Halm, recently completed the final course of the Alabama REALTOR® Institute.

By successfully completing all REALTOR® Institute courses, a student is awarded the nationally recognized Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. With 60 hours of real estate instruction, including such topics as Working with Buyers, Working with Sellers, Professionalism, Accountability, Professional Development, Real Estate Contracts, and Real Estate Technology, the designation is awarded exclusively to REALTORS®. Less than 15% of all members of the REALTOR® organization obtain this designation.

“Further education and earning designations is one of the most profitable things you can do as a REALTOR®, says BCAR CEO Sheila Dodson. “Investing your time and money into education and learning more about your career will give you returns in your business like nothing else.”

Halm is associated with Fairhope Realty Group in Fairhope, AL as well as an agent in Florida, and has been a REALTOR® for four years. She has also been a licensed chiropractor for 16 years. Halm is a member on the board for the Care House in Baldwin County and also a member of Caring Hearts with Three Circle Church.

The Alabama GRI Program is offered throughout the state by the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, and is approved and certified by the National Association of REALTORS®, the nation’s largest trade association, with membership of some 800,000.
