ROBERTSDALE, Alabama – Oct. 8, 2018 – Home stats continue to surge here along the coast. It looks like people from all over want to see what makes this county so special. Just under 400 existing homes were sold last month, 123 new construction, and 156 condominium units throughout Baldwin County.
The total amount of residential active inventory in September 2018 was 3,104.
605 properties were sold last month, an increase of about 3% from September 2017: 586.
Properties are staying the market for less days from 2017: decreasing 19% from 103 days last year to 83 days in last month.
September total sales volume increased 13% this year, $186,103,000, from $164,960,211 in September 2017.
The average sales prices of residential properties in Baldwin County this month increased 9% from 2017. Last year, the average sales price was $281,502, and this year, $307,608.
