ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Baldwin Realtors and the Alabama Association of Realtors (AAR) are recognizing Andrea Tolbert for recently completing the final course of the Alabama Realtor Institute. Tolbert is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty in Gulf Shores.
By successfully completing all Realtor Institute courses, a student is awarded the nationally recognized Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. With 60 hours of real estate instruction, including topics such as working with buyers, working with sellers, professionalism, accountability and development, real estate contracts, and real estate technology, the designation is awarded exclusively to Realtors. Less than 15 percent of all members of the Realtor organization attain this designation.
“Baldwin Realtors supports professionalism in our members,” said Sheila Dodson, CEO of Baldwin Realtors, “and programs such as GRI are an excellent foundation.”
The Alabama GRI program is offered throughout the state by AAR and is approved and certified by the National Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest trade organization, with a membership of 800,000.
