Baldwin County’s Morgan Ashurst Named Alabama’s REALTOR® of the Year
(Robertsdale, AL. –September 14, 2016): Morgan Ashurst was named the Alabama Association of REALTORS®(AAR) REALTOR® of the Year at the Annual AAR Convention in Huntsville. Mr. Ashurst is the first Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) member to be named an AAR REALTOR® of the Year and to be recognized at a national level with the National Association of REALTORS®.
Ashurst is a Broker at Ashurst & Niemeyer in Fairhope, and he holds countless titles such as current BCAR REALTOR® of the Year, current AAR Southern Region RVP, Past BCAR President, Past Vice President, Past Secretary and Treasurer, Past Local Central Region RVP, Past MLS President, and Past State Director to name a few. Ashurst is also a 2014 Sterling R RPAC Donor and a 2015 and 2016 Crystal R RPAC Donor, as well as a member of the President’s Circle. Ashurst is a part of many community organizations including My Team Triumph, which assists special needs athletes.

REALTOR® of the Year is awarded to an agent who shows consistent dedication to the improvement and growth of their association, who is heavily involved in association events and committees on a local and state level, who volunteers their time in the community, and who is constantly working to increase their knowledge and professionalism through education.
Ashurst will travel to Orlando in November for the 2016 REALTORS® Conference and Expo to be honored for his award and represent AAR.

The Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) is part of the National Association of REALTORS®.
