Continuing Education

All real estate licensees are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education credit every 2 years. CE courses cover specific, mandatory, commission approved topics. Education requirements vary according to the type of license that you hold. 

National Association of REALTORS® also requires Code of Ethics to be taken every 2 years

Rules of Continuing Education

Any violation of the following rules of CE may result in denial of continuing education credit.

You MUST provide a valid, state issued ID at the time of registration

You MUST sign in at the beginning of class and sign out at the conclusion of class.

You MAY NOT be outside of the classroom for more than 5 minutes during class session

You MUST turn off ALL electronic devices prior to the start of class – no talking, texting or emailing during class session

You MAY NOT engage in reading material other than class material during class session

You MAY NOT sleep during class session.

Classes of 25 students or more require a proctor to assist the instructor in making sure all the above rules are followed.

Notation by the instructor and/or proctor of any violation to the above rules may result in denial of CE credit.
