Baldwin REALTORS® Foundation

 

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Baldwin REALTORS® Foundation Inc is to help people in our community who have been affected by natural disasters, illness, or other unfortunate circumstances.

 


 

APPLICATIONS FOR RELIEF

Currently, we have two avenues for relief: REALTORS® Helping REALTORS® Fund and the NAR REALTORS® Relief Foundation.

REALTORS® Helping REALTORS® *for members only*

This fund was established by members of Baldwin REALTORS® in 2007.  It is made up solely of donations from REALTORS® and Affiliates. It has been used to help members in need and will continue to be used for this purpose.  As such, these funds are only available to members, and can be used for any hardship that the Foundation deems appropriate. 

REALTORS® HELPING REALTORS® APPLICATION

  

NAR REALTORS® Relief Foundation *for general public*

Our Foundation has obtained a grant from NAR to be used for relief due to Hurricane Sally.  This grant is available to anyone in our community who has suffered losses to their primary residence due to Hurricane Sally whether owned or leased. For homeowners, it can be used to cover one month's mortgage payment. For renters who were displaced from their rental residence, it can cover the security deposit or one month's rent for a new lease. Deadline to submit application is December 1, 2020.
