Avoid Fines By Double-Checking Those Closed Listings!

3 Tips to help you avoid possible fines:

1. Make sure the Settlement Date is entered when closing out a listing as the "Proposed Closed Date".
2. Enter Settlement Date within 3 business days to avoid a late fine.
3. Save the listing, then click 'finished'.

Want to ensure your listing was closed? Type in the MLS number into the Power Search bar to see if the listing status has been saved and that your listing was closed properly.

Keep Our Data Accurate--Watch Your Mapping

Review your mapping pins after your listing has been entered to verify the correct location.
Some properties in Fairhope are being mapped to a particular area of the city, not the actual location (Geocode).

*Go to Listing Maintenance", select "Change Geocode", and place the pin in the correct location.
